What digital marketing costs in the UAE

Published agency rates in Dubai and the wider UAE, what sits behind the spread, and how DigeeSell prices work. We do not sell fixed packages, so this page gives you the market first and our position second.

Short answer

How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Dubai?

Published UAE agency rates in late 2026 run roughly AED 1,500 to 35,000 a month for SEO, AED 2,000 to 6,000 a month to manage paid media excluding the ad spend itself, AED 1,500 to 16,500 a month for social media, AED 2,000 to 8,000 a month for content, and AED 3,500 to 25,000 as a one-off for a website build. The spread is wide because the bottom of each range buys reporting and the top buys senior time. DigeeSell starts at AED 3,000 a month for a single service, with combined services priced below the sum of the parts, and the scope above that floor agreed against a free audit rather than sold as a package.

What agencies in the UAE publish

These are advertised rates, gathered from agency pricing pages and cost guides in October 2026. They are a reference point for judging a quote, not a price list.

Why the range is so wide

Because the bottom and the top of each range are not the same service. At AED 1,500 a month an SEO retainer buys listing maintenance, a handful of on-page edits and a rankings report. At AED 15,000 it buys senior technical time, Arabic and English content, and link acquisition that someone is accountable for. Comparing the two as though they were the same product is the single most common mistake in agency selection here.

Three things move a UAE quote more than anything else. Arabic — a genuine bilingual programme is close to two content operations, not one with a translation line item. Sector regulation — healthcare and property work carries review cycles that consume time whoever does it. And competition — a Dubai head term is a materially longer campaign than the same term in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, and the quote should reflect that rather than the city name.

Management fee versus ad spend

Worth separating before comparing any two quotes. The management fee is what the agency charges; the ad spend goes to Google or Meta and is not the agency's revenue. UAE agencies more commonly quote a flat monthly management fee than a percentage of spend, which is the better arrangement for the client: a percentage model rewards the agency for spending more, whether or not more spending is the right answer.

Ask any agency which model they use and what happens to the fee if spend halves. The answer tells you how the incentives are set.

How DigeeSell prices work

Any single service starts at AED 3,000 a month. We do not take work below that, because below it the hours do not cover anything that changes a ranking — and an engagement that cannot move the result is worse value at AED 1,500 than no engagement at all.

Services combined cost less than the same services bought separately. Two services that are AED 3,000 each individually are AED 4,500 together, because the research, technical work and reporting behind them overlap rather than duplicating.

Work is priced against a plan, not fixed packages. A free audit first establishes where search visibility and site performance are failing; the proposal then covers only what addresses those failures. Expected outcomes and timelines are agreed before any spend.

There is no ceiling published here, and no package tiers, because the scope above the floor depends entirely on what the audit finds. We publish the market rates above instead, so you can see where a proposal sits against what the rest of the market charges.

How to judge a quote you have been given

  • Ask what is excluded. The gap between an entry and a mid-market retainer is usually technical work, content volume and link acquisition — the three things that move rankings and the three most often absent from a cheap quote.
  • Ask who does the work and where. A low retainer is frequently a junior or outsourced execution layer behind a local account manager, which is a legitimate model but should be priced as one.
  • Ask what is reported and how a lead is defined. If a form submission counts as a lead, the reported cost per lead will look good and tell you nothing. Ours requires a phone conversation confirming interest in the advertised offer — see how we measure.
  • Ask for the exit. Contract length, notice period, and who owns the accounts, the content and the tracking set-up when the engagement ends.

What do buyers ask before starting?

How much does SEO cost per month in Dubai?

Published UAE agency rates run from about AED 1,500 a month at the entry level to AED 35,000 and above for enterprise programmes, with most mid-market retainers advertised between AED 3,000 and 7,500. The bottom of that range buys listing maintenance and reporting; the top buys senior technical time, bilingual content and link acquisition.

What is DigeeSell's minimum engagement?

AED 3,000 a month for a single service. We do not take work below that: under it the hours do not cover anything that changes a ranking, so it would be worse value than not engaging at all.

Is it cheaper to combine services?

Yes. Two services that are AED 3,000 each individually come to AED 4,500 together, because the research, technical work and reporting behind them overlap rather than being done twice. Three or more are quoted against the audit, with the same principle applied.

Does DigeeSell have fixed packages?

No. There is a floor — AED 3,000 a month for a single service — and above it the scope is agreed against a free audit that establishes what is actually failing. No published tiers, because a tier priced before anyone has looked at the site is a guess.

Is the ad spend included in the management fee?

No, and it should never be assumed. The management fee is the agency's charge; the ad budget is paid to Google or Meta. UAE agencies typically quote a flat monthly management fee rather than a percentage of spend.

Why is Arabic content more expensive?

Because it is a second content operation rather than a translation line. Arabic needs its own indexable pages and copy written for Arabic queries, since Arabic speakers search using different phrasings rather than translations of the English ones. It also needs ongoing maintenance, which is the part usually underestimated.

Is a cheaper agency in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah a false economy?

Not necessarily — those markets are genuinely less competitive, so the same ranking takes less work and a lower quote can be correct. What matters is whether the quote matches the competition for your terms, not which city the agency sits in.

What is the cheapest useful starting point?

Usually a technical fix plus a Google Business Profile that is actually correct, before any retainer at all. If crawling, indexation or rendering is broken, a content retainer spends money on pages search engines cannot read.
